1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website you agree to these Terms, our community guidelines and all applicable Indian laws. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform.
2. Nature of the platform
Reservation Hatao Movement is an independent, non-partisan civic research and public-awareness platform. Content is published for education and democratic debate under Article 19(1)(a) and does not constitute legal advice or a parliamentary filing.
3. Accounts and identity
Sign-in is provided through Google. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit and for activity under your account. Digital membership cards are issued for identification within the movement only and are not government documents.
4. Prohibited conduct
Hate speech, caste or communal abuse, incitement to violence, harassment, impersonation, spam, scraping and automated abuse are prohibited. Violations result in removal of content and termination of access.
5. User content
You retain ownership of what you post in the members chat, grievances and applications, and you grant the movement a non-exclusive licence to display and moderate it on this platform.
6. Intellectual property
Research papers, manifesto chapters and policy models are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0). Reuse freely with credit and a link back to this site.
7. Contributions and support
Voluntary contributions fund server infrastructure and research tooling. They are not donations to a political party and are not eligible for Section 80G tax deduction. See the support page for the cost ledger.
8. Liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on published research.
